Special projects
Some projects require more time, attention, and personnel than others—that's where our special project team comes in. Crozier's experienced art technicians design, manage, and execute complex project management plans, including moving and storing entire collections and large-scale works.

The Gilcrease Museum keeps the world's largest collection of art and artifacts of the American West. When it needed to relocate 13,000 objects—ranging from small archaelogical fragments to massive paintings—the museum relied on Crozier's expertise.
We assign a dedicated team of expert art logistics specialists to projects like these, which require precise technical skill and complex planning. In this case, in addition to managing the packing, rigging, staging, and transportation, Crozier's team also developed a master schedule for the move and advised the museum on cost-saving measures for storage and collection preparation prior to relocation.
When specialized equipment is required, we work with trusted partners, handling all the communication and planning to make sure even the most elaborate jobs are done right.
