In Aspen, Colorado, a new exhibition of John Chamberlain’s works is installed in collaboration with the Aspen Art Museum, John Chamberlain Estate, Crozier Fine Arts, and others.
Join us for an exclusive journey behind the scenes at the Aspen Art Museum as we install "John Chamberlain: The Tighter They’re Wound, The Harder They Unravel," curated by Urs Fischer.
This exhibition features 50 vibrant sculptures by Chamberlain, crafted from contorted automobile parts. Transporting these artworks, some weighing over 2500 lbs and reaching up to 140 inches tall, to Colorado's challenging terrain demanded expert planning and care.
The Crozier team excelled, providing unmatched logistics expertise and a collaborative approach to safely transport and install each piece in Aspen's unique setting. This endeavor was a collective effort, with works loaned from the Dia Beacon, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the John Chamberlain Estate, underscoring the trust in our teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
